Serra do Pilar Monestary

Take D metro line towards Santo Ovídio and  after passing Luis I Bridge, get off at Jardim do Morro station to visit the Monastery of Serra do Pilar.

In this monastery you will be able to see the cloister and the church in a circular way, built in 1538 (a replica of the Church of Santa Maria Redonda in Rome and a unique example in Portugal), and also the most beautiful viewpoint to admire the historic center of Porto .
